Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

Googlie Eyes Challenge at Fitztown

Fitztown is having a googlie eye challenge this week.  My card is made with one of their dogital images from their garden collection of gnomes called Garden 42. You can see their collection of gnomes here.  There are a lot of cute images in the collection.

I used the following products to create my card:
  • Digital stamp by Fitztown
  • Grass Punch by Fiskars
  • Digital Sentiment Stamp from my stash
  • Embossing folder by Spellbinders
  • Coloured with Copic Markers, glitter and a black and gold Sharpie

Thank you for stopping to take a look and have a creative day.  Come join the fun and create a card for the googlie eye challenge.
