Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

Spring is in the Air

I made this spring card for a challenge at Come and Get It this week.  Bugaboo is one of the sponsors and I used their image called Scene It, Ladybug. I love Bugaboo's cute images.  The sentiment is a unmounted rubber stamp from my stash that the company's name escapes me.

I coloured the image with Copic Markers and added a sentiment by Katie and Co.  I love the bright colours of the card.  Hope you will join in our challenge this week. Just create your card and enter it here.   Thank you for stopping by. Have a creative day.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Card Mania - Flowers
My Craft Creations - Anything Goes
The Sisters of Craft- Anything Goes
My Time to Craft - spring flowers
