Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

Keep Warm

The theme at Come and get It Challenges this week is "Keep warm".  Lots of possibilities for a winter or Christmas card with this this theme.  I chose to do a Christmas card using Bundle Up Moose from one of our sponsors this week, Eureka! Stamps

finally the stamps you've been looking for rubber stamp company Rubber Stamps, Gold Leaf, Foil, and Glass Beads for Stampin, Scrapbooks, Card Making, and Paper Crafts

To make my card I went through my stash of Christmas papers and finding to find pattern paper for the card along with some findings. I  coloured my moose with copics, a glitter pen and some snow for his hat.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a very creative week.

  1. Love your card Judy. The moose looks like he's ready for winter. Love how you colored him and the two trees frame the whole scene. Really beautiful.
