It is time for my second card for the monochromatic card challenge at Fitztown. I chose a rose image called FL1 from the floral collection at Fitztown.
I printed the image on pattern paper then I used Copics to add some colour.
Next I cut out the image and layered it on several pieces of pattern paper in the monochromatic colours. I faux stitched around the out side of the card and used distressed ink to the edges of the paper to give the card some dimension.
My final step was to embellish my card with a ribbon, tag sentiment, and butterfly. There is still time left to enter the challenge at Fitztown this week. Hope over to their blog and see the other cards the design team have made to inspire you.
