Tic Tac Toe Challenge

It is a Tic Tac Toe challenge at Come and Get It Challenges this week.  This is the tic tac toe board. 

Die Cut	Pink	Gem/Pearls
Design Paper	Sentiment	2 or more layers

I chose to use the line with designer paper, sentiment and 2 or more layers for my tag.   The image I chose for the tag is by  Odd Ball Art Stamps called Big Eye Creepy Cute Fairy Girl - Starlina Image No. 65. 

I cut my tag out of some Gelli Plate paper from my stash using a Tim Holtz tag die.  The sentiment was cut out of some designer paper scrap I had in my stash. The image was coloured with my Copic markers and gold gel pen.  To complete my tag I added some die cut gold stars and a gold ribbon.  Thank you for stopping by and have a creative day.
