Kissing Santa

Here is the card without the tag.

I created this card with tag for this weeks Holly Jolly Christmas challenges.  The theme this week is Santa Claus and I chose to use this digital imaged called Kissing Santa from Limited Runs for my card. I thought the image was so cute.

Christmas Badge

I used a selection of Christmas pattern  papers from my stash for the card and cut some of the papers with a selection of dies. It was a good way of using up some of my scraps.   The sentiment, Kissing Santa was from my stash of rubber stamp and is by A Muse ArtStamps.

Thank you for stopping by and have a very creative week.

Pin Up Girls

It is time for another great challenge at Incy Wincy Challenges. the theme  of this week's challenge is "pin Up girls".  I used a sassy image from Karleigh Sue Digi'd called naughty or nice

I added my image to sa fancy die cut and coloured her with Copic markers and a  glitter pen.   The sentiment was created on my computer.   To complete my card I  added a ribbon and a metal heart.  Thank you for stopping by and have a creative week.

Gentle Whispher

One of my fun Rubber Stamp groups I belong to is the Rubber Inkers and I have made this card for their "newest purchase"  card swap.  I made this card with my newest rubber stamp, gentle whisper by Penny Black.   I love their slapstick/cling stamps.  I have fell in love with watercolour crayons all over again.

I coloured my stamp with Neocolor 2 crayons by Caran d'Ache and stamped it on watercolour paper.  I also  some black ink on parts of the stamp and over stamped the flower. I doodled the edges and added a Happy Birthday die by Tim Holtz.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative day.

Clear It Out Challenge at Come and Get It

It is a "clear it out" challenge  (use an item from your stash) at Come and Get It this week.  I have two cards to bring to you from our sponsors this week.

The first card I used an image from QKR Stampede, one of our sponsors this week. The image is called Kickin' It, I think it is such a cute image.

QKR

I coloured the image with Copic markers then made the rest of the card out of papers and findings from my stash. The textured kraft paper is from my friends trash, a piece of paper her glass had been wrapped in. The sentiment was created on my computer and I thought it went great with the image.

My second card is by our other great sponsor Sentimental Susan and the image I used is called Beach Day

I coloured my image with my Copic markers, gelli pen and Panpastels.  The paper used for the card was from my stash along with the rubber stamped sentiment by A Art Musestamps  and Stampin Up Punch.

More than one Fold Challenge

I made this card for the more than one fold card challenge at Come and Get It this week.  Our sponsor this week is Di's Digi and they have a great prize for the lucky winner.

I decided to get out my watercolour crayons and paper along with a Penny Black rubber stamp to make my joy fold card.

I added my watercolour crayons directly to my stamp and then misted the stamp. It took me a couple of tries because I was a ittle out of practise using the crayons.  I like the effect.  To complete my card I embossed around my image with some rectangle dies, added a ribbon and a thank you die by  Spellbinder.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative day.  Don't forget to stop by our challenge blog to see the beautiful creations the design team has created to inspire you.

Buttons and Bows

I thought I would pull out my watercolour crayons for this week's challenge at Come and Get It Challenges.   The challenge is to make a card and use a button and ribbon in your design. I used this pretty digital image from Oak Pond Creations, one of our sponsors this week for my card. The image is called simply Tulips.  I thought it was perfect for using watercolours.

THE STUDIO...

Once I had watercoloured my tulips I embossed around my image with a couple of rectangle dies and added a sentiment and of course my bow and button. To be truthful the ribbon and button were suppose  to go where the thank you was but I forgot the theme of the challenge was while I was putting the card together so I added it to the side of the card.  I liked how it worked.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative day.  Don't forget to stop by our challenge blog to see the beautiful creations the design team has created to inspire you.

Having Tea in the Woods and Scary Spiders

It is time for an inspirational challenge at Forever Dark this month and this is my project for the challenge.

I found this wood picture at the thrift store and thought it would make a base for my project.

I took the wood picture apart and painted a background to accent my digital image that I was using for this month's challenge. The image I used for the project is by Jade Dragonne our sponsor this month.  I also added a moon, fence, raven, bats and some skeleton heads to complete the project.

This is my second project for this challenge and I used another image from Jade Dragonne , our sponsor this week.

I coloured my image with copic markers, glitter pen and PanPastels. I added my image to some spider pattern paper from my stash and added a spider  to complete the card.
