April has a fun Challenge over A Place to Start - Ombre

Happy Spring everyone.

I am finally back crafting. I actually can climb the stairs to and from my craft room. I have been away for a few months due to some health issues. I sure missed everyone and my craft room.

I was looking around blog land to an idea for a card for this month and  came across this idea over at A Place to Start. The optional Twist is Ombre'

Ombre is not one specific colour, but rather a technique - meaning shapes. Not One specific colouriser , but rather a technique, shading.

I layered papers in similar colours, coloured sands, a Tim Holtz butterfly and sentiment to make my card.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative week.

I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:

Inside pages using several different napkins, rice paper, butterflies, and acrylic paints.

This the children's book I started with.

In the lower page I used parts of the design
from the books pages that tied into my card.

Thank you for joining us this month at Creative Artiste. Pop over to our change blog  to be inspired by our talented design team.
