Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Plum Crazy


It is a colour challenge at Party Time Tuesday (PTT#  68) this week called Plum Crazy. 
The colours are orchid, violet,  lilac and white. I just love the colour scheme. 

I immediately thought of  this fairy digi I had in my stash by PollyCraft Digital Images.

The “Have a Lovely Day” sentiment is by Just-Rite stamps and I used a small Stampin Up swirl stamp in the background of the card to give the background some interest.  The fairy was coloured with my Copic Markers and the background was sponged with distressed inks.   To finish the card I added a ribbon and some bling.
