Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Die or Punch Challenge





This is my card for the current challenge at Fitztown this week. The challenge is to use dies and/or punches in your project.  

To create my card I used Morgan Fitzsimons' image called Cameo 13. I love this image, it is quite beautiful as are all of her images. I colored her with my Copic Markers and cut the image out with a Spellbinder Nestibilities die and layered it over another die cut.  To complete the card I added some feathers, a beaded piece of lace and some bling.
