Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Snowman Christmas Bag

I made this Christmas bag out of a brown paper lunch bag for this weeks challenge at Not Just Cards. The image is by  Stampart by Kathryne and is called Snow friends and can be found here. 

 The background was made with a textured embossing folder  and coloured with distressed ink. I punched the star border with a Martha Stewart punch, Sizzex die for the star background and the snowflakes, coloured the image with Copic markers and added lots of glitter. The cord, die cut "Merry Christmas" and bling were added to complete the bag.
