Creative Artiste- Challenge March 2024

Welcome back to Creative Artiste Challenges Time for our March challenge.  Your project must be Mixed Media and can be an ATC, tag, card, layout, altered art or an off-the-page project as long as you follow the challenge specifications. You must use at least 3 different mediums on your project to qualify for our mixed media rules.

This is my project for this month, an art journal page using a napkin from my stash along with my paints, inks, stencils, gel plate, glitter beads and dyes.

To create the background to my art journal page I used my gel plate, acrylic paints (green, aqua blue, gold, white) and a stencil.  The wolf's face is an napkin that I got from a friend at a get together. I thought it was to pretty  to use as a napkin.

Once I added the napkin adhered to the page, added more lines on the wolf to show off his face more. I also adjusted the ears size. I stenciled the leaves over the background and around the wolf's face, added a couple of butterflies, a sentiment and a flower I layered with some die cuts and added gold beads for the center.

It was a fun project. Lots of colours to play with.

I hope you will join us over at Creative Artiste this month. Pop over to our challenge site to be inspired by our creative design team.

Thank you for stopping by.
