Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

Time for another challenge at Crafty Gals Corner

The theme for this challenge is:

~ Anything Goes w/optional twist - Make it Spooky! ~

Our sponsors for this challenge are: (listed in alphabetical order)

Prize ~ 3 Digital Images

Prize: 3 Digital Stamps

This is my little collage using:
Polkadoodles

This was a fun collage wall hanging I made for my grandson for Halloween. I used a wooden matte for the base, then I stained the frame. Next I added designer Halloween background paper in layers along with inks, embossing dies, Halloween ribbon. To complete the project I added a metal key, a spider and a small skeleton face.  The mossy green paper behind the grome is some hand made paper I made several years ago.  I loved the texture of the paper.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative week. I hope you join us in this challenge. Check out the designs of the images of our generous sponsors.
