Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Route 66



My Sherri Crafts challenge this week has the theme of  "Lets Take a Trip" .  Great summer time theme. When I saw the them of the challenge I thought of the Kenny K. digital image I had in my collection.  Thought it would make a good image for this challenge.  

I had this pack of travel papers in my stash that were perfect for this card. The Route 66 sign is a free digital from Vintage Printables. I coloured my image with my Copic Markers and added a few sentiments to complete my card.
