Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Pocket Hanger Birthday Wishes


This is my inspirational project I made for August for LeAnn's World 101 challenge blog.

  I made this pocket hanger for my niece's birthday. I used a digital stamp from LeAnn's beautiful collection of digital images.  The party girl is called LeAnn's Party.


I found a few of these pocket hanger at a flea market, They are made of some tin square bonded together with a side pocket. I added the metal handle to the squares. 



I coloured my project with copics, pencil crayon, Wink of Stella, and Pitt Artist Pens. I added flowers, a tag, birthday wishes, ribbons, and stars to complete the decorating my pocket hanger.   I think my niece will enjoy this birthday wish.
