Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

Another Evening of Stamping

Good Morning

I was busy again in my craft room with this card that I was making for another April card swap. I used a stamp by one of my favourite collections by Fred Mullett. I have been trying to use some of my products that I have not used for a long while. This time I used my acrylic paint dabbers to stamp the clover image with. The products I used on this card are:

Butterfly punch - Martha Stewart
Frame - Spellbinder die cuts
Background - Cuttlebug swirl embossing folder
Stamped background - Stampin Up
Clover Flower stamp by Fred B. Mullett
Flowers stamped with lettuce, purple twilight and egg plant acrylic dabber
