A note from Rachelle Anne Miller:
I am an artist & designer living in the beautiful Adelaide Hills in South Australia with my husband and three amazing children! I love to create and am especially drawn to all things cute. I've worked on children's books, greeting cards, craft supplies, children's room decor, tech accessories, and more. I love to bring out joy and imagination in my art and create something a little different to inspire and make you smile.

This is the card I created for this challenge.

The image is from  Ram Stamps Collection and is called

Easter Guinea Pigs

My card was cut using one of my dies from Ali Express. I thought the guinea pigs were very cute.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative week. Remember to pop over to our challenge blog to be inspired by our talented design tea.

613 Avenue Create - Anything Goes Challenge/ Optional Twist - A Splash of Colour

Welcome back to another challenge at 613 Avenue Create. As always the challenge is an anything goes challenge and this months optional challenge is add a splash of colour.

Our generous sponsor this month is  Polkadoodles.

I have used an image from Polkadoddles
for this "thank you tag".

I am enjoying this cute Polkadoodles image I used to make this tag. The tag is a die cut from my stash. I coloured the image and layered several different colours of cardstock to create my pattern. The tag was coloured with Copics, pencil crayons, and a gel pen. I added a sentiment, flower and ribbon to complete the tag.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative month. Hope you will join us again soon.

Creative Artist Mixed Media - Anything Goes Challenge for April

Welcome back to Creative Artiste Challenges it is time for our April challenge.  Your project must be Mixed Media and can be an ATC, tag, card, layout, altered art or an off-the-page project as long as you follow the challenge specifications. You must use at least 3 different mediums on your project to qualify for our mixed media rules.

This is my project for this month, an art journal page.

 I used from my stash:

bits and pieces of collected papers
acrylic paints
inks,
stencils
 gelli plate
butterfly stamp
glitter beads
old postage stamps
die cuts
flowered tissue paper
stamped sentiment
brad
washi tape
leftover scrap of a alcohol ink print  project

This is a picture of the gelli print I had in my stash.

I had done this print quite a long time ago, was not happy with it and was going to throw it out but I liked the way it was with the flowered tissue paper over it. The inspiration for the colour of the project was the stripes on the washi tape.

Thank you for stopping by.  I hope you will join us this month. Remember to pop over to our challenge blog to be inspired by our talented design team.
Have a creative month. Remember my favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.”
