Time for another great challenge over at Crafty Gals Corner

The theme for this challenge is:

~ Christmas in July ~

Our sole sponsor for this challenge is

Prize ~  $10 Gift Certificate

My Project for this challenge

I used an image from Beccy's collection called Holly Jolly Digital Stamps.
You should  check out her digital stamps.  The set has 5 stockings and 5 sentiments which could make lots of different card tags and sets.

Closer look

My tags were cut with a die from Graphic 45.  Love this die, it has been used many time and on many different projects.

I coloured my images with Copics, cut the tag bodies out of my scrap Christmas paper.  I also used scraps of tape and ribbon.

A Place to Start - Anything Goes with Optional Twist Balloons and Flowers

A Place to Start has a wonderful challenge this month, along as usually the challenge of anything goes the optional twist is  balloons and flowers.  Lots of possibilities.

Conie Fong Art and Design is our generous sponsor.

This is one of my project I made using one of her images .  I love her selections of digital  images, so many to chose from that I actually made two cards with different images.

The image I used for this card is called Dragon Bouquet Bundle

This set from Conie Fong along with the images contains many sentiments.

This card I used using an image called Garden and Bootfil Bouquet

To make both of my  cards I coloured the images and balloon  with Copics Markers, gold leaf pen,  pencil crayons, Nuvo, geli pens and a Wink of Stella. I used an old  rubber stamp sentiment from my stash by  Rubber Stampede (1992) for the sentiment.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative week.    Remember to stop by our challenge blog to see the inspiring projects of your design team. Conie Fong is also offering a discount on her digital images, check out the details on our challenge blog.

Creative Artiste Mixed media Challenge July - Creativity

Time for another mixed media challenge at Creative Artiste this month. This is my project for this month, a page for my art journal.

Our theme is always

"Anything Mixed Media Goes"

Please make sure you use multiple mediums on your projects. Please respect that we do not currently accept Instagram entries. Only correctly linked blog entries please.

My inspiration for this page was a quote that I wrote in my book years ago. I am not even sure where I found it.  I used a gel print that I had made awhile ago along with an old
Stampin Up rubber stamp form my stash and a rubber stamp new to my collection by Art Stamp. Along with acrylic paint, I used markers, white metal pen and a sharpie.
