Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Hello


This card was an exercise in pattern paper with a combination of a sketch for an upcoming card swap. I am still travelling in our RV and my paper supply is getting down.  I searched my scrap pile for some interesting combination of papers for this card. I even found a plaid button to go with the collection of papers. The stamp I chose is by Stampendous and with my Copic Markers I added some stripes to the gentlemen's suit to tie in the colours of my pattern paper.
