Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

Brown, Green and Gold

This is my inspiration for the current challenge at Fitztown this week.  The theme of the challenge is to create a card with your favourite colours.
Hope you'll pop on over to the challenge blog and see what's going on. In the meantime, here is my card:

My favourite colours are the autumn colours of gold, green and brown. I thought this beautiful image from Morgan at Fitztown was perfect for this card. You can purchase Morgan's images here.  The supplies I used for this card along with Morgans image are:

Spellbinder - card creator
Tim Holtz Tattered Flower
Copic Markers
Sizzix Leaf  Die
Paper and brad from my stash

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a creative day.

I am entering this card in the following challenge:
