Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

Ribbon or Lace Challenge at Holly Jolly

Thank you for stopping by.  This is my card for the current Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge that I am host.  The challenge is to use ribbon or lace on your Christmas card. QKR Stampede is the sponsor this week and I have used one of their elf digital images for the card and you can find the image here.  I think the elf looks like he is having so much fun.

I coloured my image with Copic Markers and glitter and added a "Joy" die cut sentiment , snowflake and a ribbon to complete my card.  Hope we will see your art work at Holly Jolly soon.

I am entering this Christmas card in the following challenges:

My Perfect Life - Christmas Card
Paper Creators Craft Challenge - Early Christmas
Dream it Up Challenge - Christmas
Christmas at Sweet Stampin Challenge - Christmas
C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - Christmas
