I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Music Man

Creative Artiste has a new Anything Goes Mixed Media challenge this month. Please make sure you use multiple mediums on your  projects.

This music man box is my project that I made to inspire you this month.

My Inspiration

I have this pretty musical pitcher on my kitchen that I just love.

This is what I  started with

I found this miniature banjo in a thrift store.

I coloured my wooden reverse canvas red and added some textures to the back ground. I took the back off of the banjo so it would fit in my project box.

Other Views

I changed the colour of the banjo to black and red and added some metal musical symbols. Next I added some guitar die cuts, lettering, panaio die cuts.

Thank you for stopping by,  I hope you will join us this month.  Remember to pop over to our challenge blog to be inspired by or creative design team.

I am entering this canvas in the following challenges
