I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Encaustic Wax Vintage Collage

It is time for another challenge over at Creative Artiste.  As always our theme is Anything Goes Mixed Media.

This month I pulled out my Encaustic Waxes to create my vintage collage. I used an assortment of vintage papers for my collage including sewing papers, mulberry paper and a vintage bag. I also used Pan Pastels and oil paint on the collage.  The image is from a Tim Holtz collection of vintage photographs.

To complete the project I added roses that I dipped in the wax.

More views of the project.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative week.  Remember to pop over to our challenge board, Creative Artiste to be inspired by our creative design team.
