Time for another great challenge over at 613 Avenue Create

The theme of the challenge is "for the Guys (create an masculine project). The alternative to our twist is Anything Goes.  

This is my card I made for this challenge

The digital stamp I used for this project is called Adventure Dad and is part of the Make It Crafty Collection. 

I  coloured my card with pencil crayons and Copics. I added some clear Nuvo for depth to my binocular's glass and also added some additional scenery to fill out my card.

Hunter's Birthday Card

Come and get It Challenges is hosting a new challenge this week and the theme of the challenge is Stripes or Checks.  Create your card or project but make sure that it has either some stripes or checks incorporated into the project. 

I have made a birthday card for my husband using this hunting dad image from Make It Crafty our sponsor this week. The image is called Hunting Dad. 

I used some checked and striped paper from my stash has a background for my card.  I coloured my image with Copics and PanPastels.  The sentiment and elements are from Tim Holtz . I decided to make a round easel card for this challenge and used a digital image I had in my stash from Make It Crafty. Once I had coloured my image with Copics I layered it with Christmas paper in the same colour scheme. I also added some glitter, a ribbon and a sentiment.

Tag You're It

I am hosting a Tag, You're It  themed  challenge at Come and Get It Challenges this week. 

Make It Crafty is our sponsor and I have used their image called Anastasia's Grey the Digi Stamp for my tag. 

I used the colours of the feathers as my inspiration for my ladies costume which I coloured with Copics, charcoal pencil, and a gell and glitter pens.  I coloured the background with several different acrylic paints .  To complete the tag I added a strip of glitter tape to the bottom of the card.

I made this cute Christmas card for my son and thought I would share.  I used a digital image from the cheeky elf collection by Make It Crafty for the card called Elf Delivery System.  I thought it made a great theme for a male Christmas card.   The card was coloured with Copic Markers and the sentiment is a digi by Arty Pants Digital Stamps.

This is another one of the elves I purchased from Make It Crafty in a Christmas set.  I think he is so adorable.  I think this will be a cute card for one of the young ones in my family at Christmas time.  I like making them cards because they really enjoy getting mail.

Merry and Bright

This cute digital image is from Make it Crafty and is the first card I made for one of my young family members.  I think this little elf is cute with his pouty face. 

I coloured the image with my Copic Markers and Glitter pens.  I then added some ribbon , a sentiment , coordinating paper and a ribbon to complete the card.

Greetings from Paradise

Hello,  my turn at  Come and Get It Challenges to chose this weeks challenge and it is a "travel" theme challenge.  This opens up a lot of choice for a card this week.  

When I thought of what I was going to make for this challenge I had a few ideas and settled on this post card inspired card.  The card is a collage of several different images, both rubber stamped and digital. The beach house and the sending you sunshine sentiment are by Make It Crafty, the post card image is by Tim Holtz and the flowers  and paradise sentiment are from a set of unmounted travel  rubber stamps.  To complete my card I coloured the image with my Copic Markers and added some bling.
