Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

It is an Easel Challenge at Holly Jolly

Cindy chose a easel card challenge this week at Holly Jolly.  To create my card  I used an image from Mo's Digital Pencil called Sticky Baby Elf and coloured him with Copic Markers and Glitter pen.

I layered several different layers of pattern paper, added glitter ribbon, a brad and pretty green bow.  I used a tag punch by Stampin Up and sentiment to complete the card.

Thank you for stopping by and come join us this week at Holly Jolly Christmas Challenges.

Bling It On - PPT#41

Party Time Tuesdays challenge is "bling it on". I just love the name. I used a cute Digi image from Mo-Digital Pencil for this challenge. I coloured the Christmas ball with a glitter pen, added red pearls and some gems to get the sparkle on the card. I love adding sparkle to my Christmas cards, it is a sparkling time of the year.

Have a geat day.
