Fun in the Snow

Patties Creations has a Fun in the Snow Challenge this month and this is my card for the challenge. I think Pattie's little penguin is to cute.   The image is called  Penguin Igloo.

I made some snow for my card by grading Styrofoam.  Very mess project.  It flew all over the room until I found out I could control it by keeping the Styrofoam wet while I graded.

I coloured my image with Copic Markers and a silver gell pen. The snowflakes are fabric left overs from an old project and the sentiments are from an old stamping set from years ago.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative day.

This month at Patties creations it is a Christmas theme challenge but you must use an image. I decided to make a Christmas book using some of the wonderful images from Patties Creations.

This is the front cover of my book.  I used a image called Winter Cottage Scene. I also added snowflakes, bells, ribbons, tags, ribbon, glitter bling and stars to finish the cover .

I divided my book into sections using several different images from Patties Christmas collection.
I used and image called Christmas Mail Box for my address book title page.

I used an image called Polar Bear Snow Globe for this title gift page of my book.

I used an image called Snowman1 for my event title page for my book.

Autumn/Halloween Challenge at Patties Creations

I am excited to announce that I have recently joined Pattie's Creation's design team.  I love their great selection of digital images and look forward to creating with them.   I hope you will check out the challenge blog and Pattie's digital images in her Etsy store.

The theme of this month's challenge is Autumn/Halloween.

To create my card coloured the image called  Witch Pattieboop Caldron, with my Copics and Panpastels.  I die cut the image , added a Halloween sentiment and then another die cut that I layered over the image.

For the inside of the card I added another sentiment from my stash and some die cut bats.  The card is now just right for one of  the little girls in my family.
