Birthday Card Challenge

This week’s challenge at Come and Get it Challenges is an “adult birthday card”.
I made this simple card for the challenge.  The background behind the flowers is made with Tim Holtz Distress markers on water colour paper.  After I scribbled the markers on the water colour paper I sprayed the paper with a mist of water.  I love how the inks spread out.  Once the papers had dried I embossed my flowers with detailed black embossing powder.  I then layered my pretty pale yellow pattern paper with a new fancy die cut,  added a pale blue ribbon and sentiment to complete my card.
I hope you will join us this week at Come and Get it Challenges and have a creative week.

I would also like to enter the card in the following challenges:

  1. Your card is really nice. What Spellbinder is that circle?...gee it is pretty. I love the treatment behind the flowers...it is so effective.
