I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Mechanical Maiden

Time for another great challenge at Creative Artiste this month.

Creative Artiste  Challenges are "Always Anything Mixed Media".

Please ensure that you use multiply mediums in your project.

This is my project for this month, a reverse canvas Steampunk Mechanical Maiden.  I had lots of fun creating my project.

The Mechanical Maiden is a rubber stamp from the collection of the Shokart Mixology Sister.  The stamp can be purchased from Shokart Mixology Sister in the UK or from Pip Art Creations (Pip Shokar) in Canada.

I had fun creating my canvas using a combination of Pentart paints (Rust Effect) , Acrylic paints, and stencil, Super Heavy Gel, numbers and pieces of a Stamperia mold made with Pentart Light modeling paste.

I used Copic Markers to colour the Mechanical maiden along with inks and Nuvo.

To my collage I also added a large clock in the background, pocket watch , Skelton head, different gears, pocket watch with chain and numbers.

Here are some closer looks.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative week.  Remember to pop over to our challenge blog to be inspired by our creative design team.  Hope you will join us this month.
