Time for another great card challenge this week at Crafty Cardmakers  and the theme this week is " Celebration".  There are lots of celebrations in May, mother's day, wedding, showers ....

I used a digital image for my wedding shower card that I coloured with copic markers , gel pen, Wink of Stella  and Nuvo Crystal drops.

Easter Challenge at Craft Cardmakers

Easter is coming and Crafty Cardmakers is having a Easter challenge.  Hope you will join us.

I used a digital image by Leigh S B Designs for my card.  I love this steampunk Easter rabbit, it is just perfect for a teenager's card.

I coloured my rabbit with  copics, and pencil crayon, then used a coating of a Wink of  Stella on the eggs and tie.  Diamond glaze was used on clock and eyes to give the card some texture. To complete my card I added gears, and copper paper for the sentiment.

Owl's it Going? Texture Challenge

Welcome to the "Add Texture Challenge" at Crafty Cardmakers this week. I created this card for a friend and this challenge.

I used an owl die cut by Cheery Lynn Designs and a Darcie Clog and Gear embossing folder to create my texture for this card.  I also additional the texture with Tim Holtz's metallic paper and some metal gears.

By the Water

It is time for another challenge at Crafty Cardmakers this week  The theme of this challenge is "water".

I used a old rubber stamp from my collection by Stamps Happen, Inc called Mother and Son for this  card.  I coloured the image with watercolours and added a computer generate sentiment along with a watercoloured hearts  and a ribbon to complete the card.

Go Green Challenge

Go Green is the theme of the challenge at Crafty Cardmakers and I am the host of this week's challenge.

I used an old rubber stamp from my collection by Stamps, Happen, Inc for my green inspired card. The stamp is called Willow Flower Fairy.  I coloured the image with Copics, gelli pen and Posca paints.  I thought this was the perfect stamp for a green themed card.

To complete my card I added a copper butterfly and some pearls.
