Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Traditional Christmas Colours


Holly Jolly is having a traditional colour Christmas challenge this week.  The sponsor of this challenge is Stamp and Create.  I used one of their images from the Wags n' Whiskers line call end Zoe and Gemma's Snow Fun. I created my card with traditional colours of red. green and gold.

The products that I used to create my card are:

Black and White with a Splash of Color


Black and White with a Splash of Color is the theme of the challenge this week at Come and Get It Challenges. I used this cute soccer player from Stamp and Create, Wags 'n Whiskers "Go for Goal" one of our sponsors for this challenge.  Along with the digital image I used the following products for my card:
