SLS Lines March Inspirational

I thought I would do an Art Journal page for my March Inspirational project at SLS Lines.

I used this interesting pirate image for my art journal page, you can find this image in SLS Lines' Esty store and you can find it here

To create my page I used designer paper that I glued into my art journal book, then I added some white bubbles with molding paste and a stencil.  I also add a few more circles with a white Posca pen.  I coloured my image with Copics and gell pen then attach the image to my the art journal page.

I found a wooden anchor in my stash that I painted black and attached a jute cord to it and then attached the anchor and cord to the page, then I added some doodling.  To complete the project I added some gold coins

Newly Released Images at SLS Lines

This mixed media canvas I created using a new release digital image from SLS Lines.   I had fun using the image, she is  called Goth Voodoo Girl and can be found in the SLS Lines shop on Esty.

To make my canvas I used several different colours of blue for my background then stenciled my tree and grass before I added my image that I coloured with Copics and glitter.  I drew on my butterflies and coloured them with my Posca pens and added so dots in the background sky. Once I had my project near competition I added a sentiment.  I then went back and added some shading to bring out some of the details on the canvas.

Remember to pop over to the SLS Lines challenge blog to see the other new releases and the inspiring project of the rest of the design team members.  Thank you for stopping by.  Have a creative day.
