The
challenge this week at Party Time Tuesday was to create a monochromatic
card. Since it is nearly the first day
of spring and St. Patrick ’s Day is in a few days I decided to use shades of green
as my main colour. I used several
layers of green embossed papers and coloured my pretty Michael Strong’s Cloisonné tulip with my different
green Copics then added radiant pearls in an oyster shell colour on top of the
butterfly and tulip flower to give the card some shine and texture.
This
was a fun challenge like always. I
am off to my stamp room to clean up my mess.
